Dror, divorced man aged 32, did not report twice to Employment Service during the month of March, due to reserve service duties. Will he be entitled to a benefit for the March?

When the claimant is not able to report to the Employment Service due to illness, arrest or prison, mourning, reserve service or attendance to a court hearing, it is possible to consider those days as justified absences, provided that the claimant provide authorizations related to the cause of its absence. Therefore, Dror will be entitled to a benefit for the month of March.
